The second "Researchers at Schools" event was held at Hendek Atike Hanım Anatolian High School. As part of the "Science for Stronger Societies" (SCIENCE&FUTURE) project coordinated by Sakarya University, the event took place on December 20, 2024.
The program, where researchers and students from Sakarya University and Atike Hanım Anatolian High School conducted presentations and workshops on topics such as climate change, natural disasters, and the environment, began with an opening speech by project coordinator Prof. Dr. Mehmet Emiroğlu.
Following the sessions, Research Dean Prof. Dr. Emiroğlu presented certificates of appreciation to the school principal, Recep Yazıcı, and the teachers. Principal Yazıcı also presented a plaque of appreciation to Prof. Dr. Emiroğlu. The event concluded with a group photo session.
