Within the scope of the Science for Stronger Societies (SCIENCE&FUTURE) Project, coordinated by Sakarya University, university researchers carried out the first school visit of the new year on 7 January at Karasu Imam Hatip Secondary School.
As part of the visit, university researchers delivered presentations and informational sessions for secondary school students on topics including climate change, environmental issues, and natural disasters. The scientific content was presented in a manner appropriate to the students’ age and educational levels.
Through the activities conducted, the event aimed to increase students’ scientific awareness, support their interest in science, and raise awareness of environmental and social issues.
