Sakarya Governorship News

The Governorship of Sakarya shared the following details regarding our project in a news report on its official website:

The Sakarya Governorate EU and Foreign Relations Bureau, as a partner of the “Science and Future” project, provided active support for the “Researchers at School” activities led by Sakarya University. Within the scope of the EU's Green Deal Strategy, the SCIENCE&FUTURE Project focuses on the theme of Resilient Cities to strengthen durable buildings and infrastructure for adaptation to climate change and natural disasters.

In this context, researchers from Sakarya University organized scientific experiments, technological applications, interactive presentations, and workshops on research processes across 17 schools throughout the province. During these activities, while students had the opportunity to experience the fundamental principles of science hands-on, they gained significant insights into the fields of environment, future, disaster awareness, and technology.
